PTA Meeting Information

Meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of each month.  They are open to the public and are held in the Nottingham Elementary School library from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, with an informal Q&A from 6:30-7.  Childcare is provided (please register in advance).


September 13 (immediately following Back to School Night in the MPR).  After presenting the year end financials for 2016-17, the audit will be presented and membership will vote to approve.  The bulk of the meeting will be spent reviewing and approving the 2017-18 budget.  Documents may be found here.

After each meeting, the materials (approved meeting minutes, financial reports and any presentations) are available online to registered users under About -> Documents


If you would like to include a topic in an upcoming PTA meeting, please contact the PTA President at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.

Sign-up is required no later than one business day prior to the meeting in order to ensure adequate staffing.
