Our School/Family Directory
As families sign up, our online directory populates within the "members only" area of our website. Privacy controls are important, so everyone involved determines how much information is shared:
PTA Administrator Controls:
- who has access to the directory (parents with students currently enrolled in grades K-5 and faculty)
- who is included in the directory (parents with students currently enrolled in grades K-5)
Parents:
- Choose which information will be published or decline to share information entirely (opt-out of online and printed directories)
- Update information as it changes; updated information available ONLY through website or Membership Toolkit App (see below)
DIRECTORY APP
Enjoy the added convenience of accessing the directory from the Membership Toolkit App. The app includes the PTA directory and calendar — and links to our site through your internet browser.
The app is available free in the Apple Store and in Google Play. Download it one time for all of the organizations that you are affiliated with that are using Membership Toolkit. If you belong to 4 organizations that are using Membership Toolkit, when you log in to the app you will see all four organizations presented and you can toggle between organizations.
