Line up your babysitters and get ready to party for a great cause! Join us for a fabulous time on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 6pm to 10pm at Washington Golf & Country Club. We will be rolling out the red carpet to celebrate our wonderful Nottingham community with our biggest fundraiser of the year!
Tickets are $75 each and include two drink tickets, dinner, live DJ, dancing, and dessert. We will also have a photo booth, silent auction, a raffle, teacher experiences and more!
While the event is adult only, it is not limited to Nottingham families. Feel free to invite your friends, family and future NES neighbors. We hope you can join us for what promises to be a memorable night in support of our amazing school.

Q: What is the auction?
A: The Nottingham Winter Gala & Auction is an adults-only event for NES parents. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and it’s also a chance to catch up with friends and meet new ones. Parents of all grade levels, along with some teachers and staff, attend the event.
Q: Is there a deadline to buy tickets?
A: No. Regular priced tickets will continue to be sold up until the event–including at the door–but we ask that you purchase them as soon as possible to allow us to better plan for food and beverage needs.
Q: Will dinner be served?
A: Yes! A variety of hors d'oeuvres and dinner will be provided. There will also be beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks. Food and 2 drink tickets included in the ticket price. A cash bar will be open for additional purchases.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Cocktail Attire - Men- jacket requested by WGCC, but not required. This is our first auction at WGCC- so we are all in the same boat wondering what others will wear! It is not black tie, so dress up in whatever you would feel comfortable at a cocktail party in!
Q: Can I attend just to socialize? Am I obligated to bid on an auction item?
A: We have a fantastic variety of items–including sports tickets, one-of-a-kind teacher experiences, and more–but there is no obligation to bid. We are excited to socialize with and get to know other Nottingham parents, teachers and staff.
Q: What is the price point of auction items?
A: There is something for everyone! Some of the auction items start as low as $15 for the opening bid. You are guaranteed to find something of interest!
Q: How do I bid on silent auction items?
